I joined the Hansen Orthodontic staff in July 2010. Dr. Hansen and his family have been friends of mine since 2005. After being a stay at home mom for 14 years to my four children (ranging in age from 16 to 8), timing was everything. Once my youngest entered first grade I was excited and ready to get back to work. Since I began working at Hansen Orthodontics I have enjoyed seeing the smiles Dr. Hansen has created and watching how he makes patients of all ages happy. When I am not working my time is taken up as a sideline supporter to my children in one of their many sports which include soccer, baseball, basketball and swimming!

I have worked in the dental field for over 15 years. The last 6 years with Dr. Hansen I have worked as his scheduling coordinator but before that I worked in both California and Nevada as a dental assistant. Dr. Hansen is the best doctor I have ever worked for and it doesn’t take long for you to feel right at home at Hansen Orthodontics. Dr. Hansen has created an office and team that is extremely warm and friendly. I personally pride myself on giving every patient superior customer care. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family and watch movies.

I’ve been an orthodontic assistant since 2005 and love assisting Dr. Hansen in creating beautiful smiles. I feel lucky to be working for Dr. Hansen and alongside my sister, Jordan. I’ve lived in Las Vegas my entire life and am married to my high school sweetheart, Wayne. We welcomed our first child, Dane Thomas, on February 15, 2012. Being a mom is amazing! When I’m not at work (or being a mom), I enjoy going on dates with my husband, watching movies, going to concerts and spending time with my family and friends.

“Hello, I’m Jonathan! =) I have been an orthodontics assistant since 2007 and a member of Hansen Orthodontics since July 2011. I currently attend NSC and UNLV where I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology. After I graduate I plan to attend Dental School and specialize in orthodontics. I love working for Dr. Hansen, he makes work fun and exciting. Coming to work everyday at Hansen Orthodontics is like going to Disneyland! All of free time is spent outdoors (camping, fishing, four wheeling, farm work and sports). I also volunteer as an assistant high school wrestling coach. Giving back to the community is very important to me and I try to do it as much as possible.”

I’ve been working for Dr. Hansen since July of 2008. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S in Biology and plan to attend dental school in the near future. When not working I am an avid golfer and sports fan. The Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Giants are among my favorite teams. I also enjoy reading, going to movies and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you in the near future."
